Abstract

Community health centers are institutions engaged in public health. Based on observations and interviews with drug management officers at community health centers, it was found that the drug management information system currently in place at the Padang Bulan Community Health Center is still conventional, namely recording drug management in a book and then re-recording it to create reports. This conventional system also has drawbacks, including the time-consuming process of data retrieval and report generation. To address these issues, a web-based medication inventory application was developed for this Puskesmas. The software development process utilized the waterfall model, while database design employed ERD tools.

In addition, a navigation structure is also used in designing the navigation direction in this web-based system. In the creation of this website, the PHP programming language was used as the web program and MySQL as the database application. With the implementation of this web-based medication inventory system at the health center, it is hoped that it will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the medication inventory information system at the Padang Bulan Health Center and simplify data management for system administrators. In this design, a specific method was employed, namely the software development method
